Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Bid Support Administrator accountable of UAN (Unique Approval Number - vendor special prices) creation in our system based on the documentation received from the vendors.

Why the position exist: In order to make this special conditions visible to our sales force and our customers.

The person person will play a key role to meet daily department SLAs and provide quality enough to avoid TD profit lost. 

Responsibilities:

• UAN creation in our system (65%)

• Review documentation from vendor before executing UAN creation (30%)

• Basic data base maintanance (5%)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Experience with SAP, Excel and Outlook

• Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.

• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

• Good communication and team work skills

• Good English level - ideally

• Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
