The Role:
Work closely with the team to deliver a vision and product strategy, further implement the TW stock product features. Areas of focus include stock core functions, user portfolios, Web/App seamless experience, recommendation management and AI opportunities. Also the product monetization boost through Ad model and subscription program to drive revenue growth across product lines.
Prioritize and manage a roadmap against high-impact initiatives, including new products, to deliver a best-in-class user experience. You will be responsible for driving the product roadmap/strategy, to deliver the best user experience and world-class product offering. Goal to fuel user growth, product evolutions and make sure to be aligned with business objectives
Support product delivery from ideation through launch: identify the requirements, solve user problems, A/B testing conduction and ensure on-time delivery with high quality.
Collaborate closely across different stakeholders to identify opportunities as well as influence the roadmaps of other teams to accelerate your goals. You will work with the world-class product development team: engineers, UX designers and other partner stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Editorial team) - providing guidance and direction to achieve the product vision for customer centric product launches and improvements. You will also work with the counterparts located overseas to deliver the regional scale of products in a global vision.
Define and measure the impact of your work through outcomes and metrics. You would make appropriate planning trade-offs amongst user engagement, features, and revenue with the scrum teams closely everyday.
With the data-driven mind, you will defining product success metrics and analyzing performance by driving the product agenda and planning with team and deliver the goal altogether
Represent your Product through communication with leadership and stakeholders about impact, progress, and blockers. You are with sensitive and passionate on exploring the trend of competitive, bring back to defining advances in the product roadmap, lead our product innovative with competitive feature and vision

About You:
We are looking for a Product Manager to develop compelling and competitive Finance products for Taiwan and Asia, explore the updating finance tech and trend in this classical, trusted TW Finance Web & App products. If you’re a consumer product builder and are passionate about finance or investing, this one's for you!
Bachelor's degree is required. A Master's degree in Computer Science or related majors is preferred.
Deeply interested and knowledgeable about FinTech products.
5+ years of experience in product management. Prior product management or development experience in mobile or internet-related services.
3+ years of experience in FinTech-related products, with preference given to subscription products/projects.
Experience in both Web & App product management.
You are comfortable tackling complex projects, including technical ones. You have a keen ability to break down large problems into well-defined, manageable problems, and an ability to use data to inform your judgment.
Highly passionate about communication and breaking down barriers across teams to drive large-scale task-force projects.
Ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balancing consumer needs with business and product priorities, and the ability to clearly articulate the rationale behind product decisions.
Strong analytical skills, experienced with experimentation using, for example, A/B testing focused on improving conversion and retention.
Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a proactive attitude to manage the entire product development cycle.
Innovative and strong in problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to write and speak English proficiently.
Experience in global product localization/rollout is a plus.
