FP&A Analyst - Data Science & Business Intelligence

We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy FP&A Analyst with a strong data science background to join our finance team. This role is based in TENNECO Gurgaon India, directly supporting the Corporate Finance HQ in Northville, Michigan.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), predictive modeling, and AI-driven insights. They will work with large datasets from multiple sources (SAP, OneStream, Salesforce, etc.), develop real-time dashboards, and deliver high-impact financial analytics to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Advanced FP&A & Data Analytics

• Extract and consolidate financial & commercial data from SAP, OneStream, Salesforce, and other ERP/BI tools.
• Develop predictive models, AI-driven forecasting, and scenario analyses to enhance decision-making.
• Automate financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting.

🔹 Business Intelligence & Visualization

• Build interactive dashboards and data visualization tools for leadership teams.
• Identify key business drivers and translate data into actionable insights.
• Work with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools to enhance financial storytelling.

🔹 Tech-Driven Decision Support

• Leverage AI, machine learning, and automation to improve FP&A processes.
• Implement predictive analytics to provide forward-looking insights on revenue, cost trends, and operational efficiency.
• Support executive teams with real-time financial reporting and scenario modeling.

🔹 Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work cross-functionally with corporate finance, sales, and operations teams to improve data accuracy and reporting.
• Assist in the development of new tools and methodologies for financial analysis.
• Drive process automation initiatives to enhance financial reporting capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

✅ FP&A & Data Science Expertise – Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analytics, combined with strong data science capabilities.

✅ Tech-Savvy with AI & Automation – Proficiency in machine learning, AI-driven forecasting, and data automation tools.

✅ BI & Visualization Skills – Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, or other data visualization platforms.

✅ ERP & Finance Systems Knowledge – Hands-on experience with SAP, OneStream, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
