Regional Sales Coordinator

Maxim Crane Works is looking for a Regional Sales Coordinator who will play a dual role in supporting our sales team while also serving as the first point of contact for visitors at our corporate office. This position is perfect for a customer-focused, organized, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities



Sales Support: Assist the corporate sales team with administrative tasks, tracking leads, preparing reports, and coordinating customer communications.



Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

Lead Generation: Identify potential sales opportunities from incoming calls and visitors, passing leads to the appropriate team members.



Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service to clients, vendors, and guests while managing inquiries efficiently.

Office Coordination: Oversee front desk operations, including managing mail, scheduling meetings, and maintaining a polished lobby space.



Qualifications



Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles

Salesforce Experience would be beneficial
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred)
A friendly, professional demeanor with a keen eye for sales opportunities
