About the role:  

We are looking for a young, motivated Internal sales Sales & Back office Operations Support intern that will be part of an interesting internal project: a personalized customers engagement program that, through digitalization and AI, sends relevant content to them and supports them in choosing the best products to develop business with us.

Main Responsibilities:

• Data Entry

• Database and customer records management

• Quality Check

• Phone/email contact with customers

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge of CRM (ideally SAP) and of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Analysis, Outlook

• Priority management and planning skills

• Effective Communication Skills

• Attention to details
