Account Manager - Dell

TD SYNNEX Ankara, Ankara (Onsite) Full-Time

About the role:

We are looking for an Experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for our products and solutions in Dell BU.

What you'll do:

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary technical liaison for Dell services and solutions.
  • Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance and support to clients on the implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting of hardware and cloud solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements, offering tailored hardware solutions and strategies.
  • Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of Hardware services.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address technical issues, working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of Hardware updates and industry trends, offering insights and recommendations to enhance clients' Hardware environments.
  • Works on key accounts of high complexity under some supervision (tiered levels based on complexity and partner size)
  • Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment with the agreed plan
  • Drive sales out of agreed vendor portfolio including new vendor identification and on-boarding and other business development initiatives in order to optimise results
  • Drives sales of specific vendors/ projects when specific knowledge is required on an account
  • Enable and help the sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share
  • Successful negotiation and winning of key tenders and large deals
  • Positive relationship and engagement with vendors and stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as the “Trusted Advisor”
  • Responsible for increasing both customer loyalty and profitability
  • Works in collaboration with partners and vendor

What we're kindly looking for:

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability Hardware Expertise: technical proficiency in Dell, HP, Hitachi, IBM etc. hardware services, including infrastructure, networking, security, and data services.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, adept at building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze ed user and partners’ technical needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrate a strong level of expertise in technical specifications required to sell Dell products and services into Enterprise
  • Articulate the Dell value proposition, features, product messages and positioning.
  • Ability to tell a compelling story using a whiteboard, presentation and other media
  • Business level English is a plus
  • Strategic thinking
