As an EMEA Vendor Reporting Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our vendor management efforts. Your primary focus will be to ensure the highest quality of reporting and facilitate smooth communication between our vendors and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily Management:\u00A0Oversee multiple European vendor reports, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
- Central Point of Contact:\u00A0Serve as the main liaison for EMEA vendors, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Data Quality Assurance:\u00A0Maintain reporting data quality levels to meet vendor targets for rebate payments.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:\u00A0Collaborate with European Account Managers and TD SYNNEX IT to design, develop, and implement reports based on vendor specifications, including modifications as needed.
- Validation & Error Management:\u00A0Regularly validate reported data in collaboration with vendors and manage error correction processes with internal IT and vendors.
- Ad Hoc Reporting:\u00A0Prepare and analyze reports for Finance, Marketing, and Procurement Departments as requested.
- Relationship Development:\u00A0Build and maintain close working relationships with vendors to enhance collaboration and performance.
What We're Looking For:

- Data Proficiency:\u00A0Strong skills in manipulating large datasets accurately and efficiently.
- Attention to Detail:\u00A0Acute focus on detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proactive Mindset:\u00A0A self-motivated individual who takes initiative and drives results.
- Effective Communicator:\u00A0Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical Expertise:\u00A0Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP R/3, Business Warehouse) and EDI reporting is desirable.
- Language Skills:\u00A0High level of English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
- Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain
