Warehouse Operative

Are you someone who loves variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with a motivated team? At Shyft Global Services, we’re looking for a dedicated Warehouse Team Member to help us deliver excellence to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage essential warehouse tasks such as receiving goods, storing inventory, picking, and packing customer orders.

• Ensure that all stock is handled with care, stored securely, and delivered on time.

• Support inventory checks, system updates, and process improvements.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace.

• Provide exceptional service to customers and work collaboratively with colleagues to meet goals.

• Help train and guide new team members to set them up for success.

• Operate forklifts (if certified) and ensure all safety checks are completed.

• Be ready to step in and support the team when needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a warehouse setting (or eager to learn).

• Physically fit and comfortable with light to heavy lifting (manual handling training provided).

• A team player who is flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• A pragmatic problem solver with a proactive approach.

• IT competence (basic MS Office knowledge) and, ideally, a forklift license (Counterbalance/Reach Truck).
