Are you a driven and strategic professional with a passion for procurement and supply chain excellence? Join our DRiV team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of raw material procurement for our EMEA braking facilities. This role reports directly to the Global Commodity Manager and works closely with the Regional Purchasing Manager, offering a dynamic environment where you can make a global impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement commodity strategies to achieve corporate objectives, including supplier rationalization, cost management, and localization initiatives.

Market Analysis: Monitor and communicate global business trends, supply market dynamics, and technological drivers to stakeholders.

Supplier Engagement: Build strategic supplier partnerships, negotiate contracts, and resolve escalations to enhance supply chain reliability.

Performance Optimization: Drive cost recovery initiatives, manage supplier scorecards, and oversee advanced technology procurement projects.

Risk Mitigation: Identify and address supply risks, ensuring business continuity and financial stability within the supply chain.

Advanced Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations, ensuring optimal outcomes for pricing, payment terms, and contractual obligations.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Management, or Logistics. A Master’s degree is a strong asset.

Experience: in purchasing or materials management, preferably in high-volume manufacturing industries.

Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Excel, and PowerPoint.

Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Travel: Willingness to travel 30-60% of the time to suppliers and company facilities across EMEA.
