Associate Sales Representative - CCA

About the Role

As an Associate Sales Representative you will play a key role in managing customer interactions, processing orders, and resolving inquiries, all while building meaningful relationships with our partners. This position requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage training opportunities, and represent TD SYNNEX in a professional and engaging manner. This position will be hired in Panamá, Guatemala or Honduras

What You'll Do

• Manages emails to provide price quotes and process orders for products and services, ensuring daily and quarterly goals are achieved.

• Accurately enter and track orders while keeping everyone informed about order status.

• Resolve routine, non-complex issues with guidance as needed.

• Respond to inquiries about pricing, product availability, and shipping or service-related concerns.

• Foster positive relationships with internal teams, ensuring their experience is seamless and professional.

• Participate in training sessions offered by TD SYNNEX and vendor partners.

• Engage in TD SYNNEX vendor and customer activities, occasionally outside of standard working hours, as part of account ownership responsibilities.

• Represent TD SYNNEX professionally in daily interactions with customers and partners.

• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, order management, data entry or similar roles

• Logical thinking and mathematical skills to support accurate pricing, order processing, and problem-solving.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver clear and effective messaging.

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

• Adaptability to change and a willingness to adjust as needed.

• Basic clerical and data entry skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• English Proficiency
