Facilities Coordinator

Arconic Norcross, GA (Onsite) Full-Time

Arconic is currently in search of a Facilities Coordinator to join our Kawneer Business in Norcross, GA.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete RFAs for projects (ex. parking lot resurfacing, roof repair, etc.)
  • Source vendors/get quotes for repairs (ex. HVAC, elevator, roof leaks)
  • Coordinate vendors for regular internal/external building maintenance (landscaping, outside fixtures, security/security system, cleaning service, postage meter, coffee, vending machines, copiers, fire extinguishers/first aid cabinets) 
  • Update annual POs for building expenses
  • Manage badge system for employees (enable/disable)
  • Manage security system (cameras and badge readers throughout the building)
  • Address building requests (vending machine, coffee machine, water cooler servicing, etc.)
  • Assist with coordinating meetings and trainings (order meals, book & setup conference rooms, travel, etc.)
  • P.O. submissions, tracking and troubleshooting
  • Submit Norcross invoices for payment
  • Assist with all engagement activities (set-up/clean-up, order décor, order/pick up/food, etc.)
  • Coordinate Supplier/vendor set ups in JDE
  • Assist with travel arrangements/expense reporting for Lead Team 
  • Answer phones for Corporate office and direct as needed
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties such as assigned updating the phone directory and building requests, mailing packages, DL updates
  • Maintain first responders team log and CPR training
  • Receive and ship packages at the dock doors
  • Place orders for office supplies (Amazon, Office Depot, etc.)
  • Miscellaneous duties such as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of professional customer service experience and working with vendors and getting quotes.
  • 1 year of facilities experience
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and JDE.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
