Order Entry Associate
About the Role
As an Order Entry Associate, you will support customers with their pre-sales inquiries, including pricing, services, and deal registrations for a wide array of complex solutions. This is an entry-level role, designed to help you grow your career while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do
Provide first-call responses to customer inquiries, focusing on accurate pricing and quotations for their identified solutions.
Handle deal registrations, apply pricing, and assist in creating renewal contracts.
Communicate lead times and delivery schedules based on product availability and other factors.
Offer final, adjusted pricing solutions based on applicable programs, promotions, and add-ons.
Contribute to sales forecasting and planning efforts.

Implement management-suggested actions to meet business needs.

What We're Looking For
Experience:
No prior experience necessary.
Education & Certifications:
High School Graduate with HS Diploma field of study required.
Associate Degree with Business, IT, or related Field of Study preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
English proficient (B2+ or above) - both written and verbal
Proficient in executing instructions and requesting clarification.
Basic data entry and mathematical skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adjust to change and adapt as needed.
Comfortable working under stress and pressure.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Quick learner with proficiency in technology.
Basic level computer skills.
May be required to work shifts based on business needs.
Professional, office environment; remote work possible.
Working Conditions:
Professional environment (Remote).
Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
