Order Entry Associate

About the Role

As an Order Entry Associate, you will support customers with their pre-sales inquiries, including pricing, services, and deal registrations for a wide array of complex solutions. This is an entry-level role, designed to help you grow your career while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide first-call responses to customer inquiries, focusing on accurate pricing and quotations for their identified solutions.

• Handle deal registrations, apply pricing, and assist in creating renewal contracts.

• Communicate lead times and delivery schedules based on product availability and other factors.

• Offer final, adjusted pricing solutions based on applicable programs, promotions, and add-ons.

• Contribute to sales forecasting and planning efforts.

• Implement management-suggested actions to meet business needs.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• No prior experience necessary.

Education & Certifications:

• High School Graduate with HS Diploma field of study required.

• Associate Degree with Business, IT, or related Field of Study preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• English proficient (B2+ or above) - both written and verbal

• Proficient in executing instructions and requesting clarification.

• Basic data entry and mathematical skills.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to adjust to change and adapt as needed.

• Comfortable working under stress and pressure.

• Strong multitasking abilities.

• Quick learner with proficiency in technology.

• Basic level computer skills.

• May be required to work shifts based on business needs.

• Professional, office environment; remote work possible. 

Working Conditions:

• Professional environment (Remote).

• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
