Sales Operations Analyst - CCA (IBM - English Caribbean)
Job Description:
The Sales Operations Analyst – CCA (IBM English Caribbean) for CCA (Caribbean & Central America) organization will sell the company’s products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
Requires application of in-depth technical knowledge of products, systems, and services (may include contract documentation).
This position will cover multiple aspects of operations but will primarily focus on both order management and product management.
Ensures that product is shipped anywhere globally with minimal issues.
This includes quoting customers, working with program managers, processing orders in the system, credit, and working with traffic and customs.
Works directly with customer to develop SLA requirements and build measurable metrics to track and execute on SLA.

We will be hiring this position in Central America Or English Caribbean
What You'll Do:
Perform procedures for assigned sales operations (order entry, customs/duties, international shipping.
Perform multiple customer operations, including shipment, export, and warranty.
Basic understanding of customs/duties/IOR for international orders.
Process the program/project from delivery through field support interfacing with PMs, vendors, sales, and business lead.
Perform basic analysis and reports for inventory stocking level for warranty support.
Monitor inventory stocking and assists with determining appropriate PO amounts.
Provide summary data of warranty program to customer.
Build stable working relationships internally.
What We’re Looking For:
College Degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required.
1+ years of related experience.
Basic understanding of current job and industry knowledge pertaining to assigned accounts.
Familiarity with sales processes, procedures, and terminology.
Ability to complete basic inventory management analysis.
Ability to complete basic risk management analysis.
Basic knowledge of supply chain concepts.
Ability to identify problems and escalate as needed Basic knowledge of cross departmental processes and procedures.
Ability to leverage contacts and develop solutions using independent thinking skills.
Builds stable working relationships internally.
Other Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
Works on problems of limited scope.
Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Working Conditions:
Professional environment (Remote).
Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
