- Inventory movements related discussions - DOH, Inventory Score Card

- Tracking and Sharing of Operational Costs, Operatation Cost TVMs with the business heads to drive cost reduction. Ensure that the local Statutory commercial compliances like GST are ensured without any major non compliance.

Coordination for Physical Verification of FA

Co ordination for Annual Stock Count Ensure timely completion of control self-assessment and ensure that the control ratings are complete and accurately reflect the control environment.
