Licensing Specialist - Microsoft CSP

We are seeking an exceptional talent to provide industry leading customer service through the accurate and timely processing of outbound and delivery queries to protect and grow the customer relationship. You will act as an advocate for the customer within TD SYNNEX relating to after sales management processes and procedures.

Job Purpose:  

To achieve individual and team profit targets whilst providing an outstanding service to TD SYNNEX’s customers whilst maintaining the highest levels of accuracy, efficiency and service to all customers & vendors. Responsibilities:  

• Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets

• Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers

• Obtain and maintain accreditations in Vendor programs

• To take ownership of a set of accounts build on relationships and be to able to provide excellent operational support.

• Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts

• Understand the vendors licence programs and be able to provide product information, pricing, special offers and promotions

• Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers

• Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition

• To be able to explain the MS CSP Cloud program to our internal and external base, and have extensive knowledge of the platform to be in a position to provide demonstrations.

• To support the internal CSP sales team and work closely with our Business Development Managers.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:  

• Effective communication skills with ability to deliver at all levels;

• Must be proactive and self-motivated;

• Analytical & numerate with excellent attention to detail                                             

• Problem solving & negotiation skills                                                                                            

• Effective time management and prioritising                              

• Must have strong organisation skills with ability to plan, prioritise and maintain focus;

• An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment

• Able to work and achieve deadlines under pressure in fast changing environment
