Professional Services Coordinator

TD SYNNEX USA (Remote) Full-Time

About the Role

Coordinates the service delivery lifecycle of work orders in our customers' stores and datacenters.

Understands a customer's target work schedule, assesses customer technical readiness to have the work completed (power, network, etc.), identifies an appropriate Field resource (based on the work order skills requirement and technician availability) and dispatches technicians to customer sites per service level agreements established with our customers and business partners.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinates with customers and engineers to schedule work orders in a timely manner.

  • Keeps resources fully utilized by dispatching work orders within a geographic area.

  • Drives installation/service delivery commitments to the customer.

  • Reviews work orders to ensure a full understanding of products and scope of work.

  • Responds to customer and internal issues and inquiries promptly and in a professional manner.

  • Maintains accurate documentation of order status within the order tracking tool.

  • Key point of contact for coordinating service and installation projects.

  • Effectively manage Backlog report by efficiently following up with customers and getting the work schedule completed.

  • Thorough knowledge of principles, theories and concepts in area of professional expertise.

  • Is competent in all job functions and has general understanding of the industry practices, techniques and standards.

  • Develops solutions to a wide variety of problems and works on projects requiring evaluation and analysis.

  • May refer to policies, practices and precedents for guidance but determines best course of action to achieve results.

  • Work is performed independently requiring judgment and discretion.

  • May receive some limited guidance for new assignments.

  • Work may be reviewed for overall adequacy.

  • Interacts with management and professionals within department and other parts of the organization.

  • May represent department externally on projects or with clients.

  • Actions impact the success of the overall department and sometimes the organization.

  • Failure to accomplish work or erroneous decisions will result in delays to projects, loss of revenue or allocation of additional resources to remedy.

What We're Looking For

  • Typically 3-5 years, or 1-3 years with Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
