Shipping Clerk

Arconic is currently in search of Shipping Clerk to join our Building and Construction Team in Springdale, Arkansas.

             Job Duties:

            This is a Monday through Friday position and every other Saturday and Sunday.  The work shift will rotate every week, either from 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.                                   including shifts on Saturday and Sunday or 8:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• 5S area of responsibility.
• Must be able to use JDE
• Follow work instructions
• Work with minimal supervision in a team environment
• Must be able to verify box counts and loading requirements.
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with co-workers, internal and external suppliers, promoting a teamwork environment.
• Perform pre- startup inspections.
• Participate in ABS and support the ABS principles

             Requirements:

• Must have Microsoft office skills. 
• Overtime is required, including adjusting schedules each week and at the end of the month.
• Must be flexible and able to work any shift when required based on production needs.
• Must be able to learn FedEx and UPS shipping system.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
