HR Sr. Specialist / Assistant Manager
We seek an HR Sr. Specialist / Assistant Manager to join our team! This role is not just about providing operational support to HR, we are looking for an enthusiastic problem solver who can apply their skills independently.
Responsibilities:
Cowork with the HR team for full HR function, operation, and employee service
Assist HRIS data maintaining and system migration project
New hire onboarding and orientation
Resignation & offboarding process
Support performance, annual salary review, and talent development program
Insurance and Pension enrollment
EWC, Pension Committee, and compliance tasks
Review benefit programs and employee reimbursement applications
HR payroll and reports support
Regularly review and enhance HR policies and processes
Ad-hoc project and task support.
Qualifications:
4+ years of HR full-function experience.
Proficient in compensation, payroll, benefits, or talent acquisition one of which is preferred.
Experience and high proficiency with the Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and HRIS.
Must have a good understanding of TW labor law and regulations.
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well. With a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
