Marketing Application Specialist (m/f/d)

TD SYNNEX München, Bayern (Onsite) Full-Time

Job Purpose:  

We are looking for a bright, motivated and switched on System Specialist, whose role is the application specialist on MarTechStack platforms, mainly the MRM platform Aprimo. As a core member of the MarTechStack team this role will support TD SYNNEX in Europe for driving & supporting the superuser community for best practice and second level support in about 20 countries & central departments as well as guide into necessary, aligned MRM & MarTechStack configuration changes. It will also support update rollouts as well as investigating and implementing additional usage scenarios beneficial for TD SYNNEX. The role understands TD SYNNEX unique Marketing organization setup as well as the MRM integration specifics.           

Responsibilities:

  • Understand TD SYNNEX Marketing Processes and guide bugfixes & enhancements (implemented by the IT department) to best, close to standard setup in the MRM (20%)    

  • Align with business users to create business requirement documents, propose application changes to solve the requirement and test, document & train the changes to the business users.        

  • Create user documentation & drive trainings (10%)

  • Maintain Superuser community to drive best practice & usage guidance (30%)

  • Second level support between superusers & the MRM (20%)

  • Review system usage and drive country & European improvements (10%)

  • Liaise with IT for system interdependencies (10%)

                                                                       

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.                                              

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.                     

  • Some College required.                                                                              

  • Other Education / Certifications: 3 year experience as Subject Matter Specialist for applications  (preferably in Marketing)                                                                                        

  • Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.

  • Possesses logical deductions kills to understand the requirements behind user requests.

  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and local language.

  • Able to create and conduct formal presentations.

  • Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.

  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organisational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

  • Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.

  • Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.

  • Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.

  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organisational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.

  • Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.

  • Able to use relevant computer system applications at an intermediate level.
