Financial Analyst (Controlling) - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking an exceptional talent to join us in our Finance team to support the Accounting or Controlling Manager on all aspects of Financial Reporting and Management Accounting for the TD SYNNEX division.

Responsibilities:

• Local contact for AP Trade and Vendor Rebates liaising with the transactional finance team based in Barcelona.

• Balance sheet reconciliations.

• Investigation and resolution of AP local queries.

• Put in place processes to enable accurate and timely reporting of TD SYNNEX contractual arrangements.

• SOX work and documentation.

• Audit queries coming from external or internal auditors.

• Integrity of financial transactions in the Nominal Ledger.

• Adherence to TD SYNNEX accounting policies.

• Continuous improvement in month end close and other items of work.

• P&L analysis.

• Ad hoc queries as required from time to time.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Strong system skills, preferably to include advanced Excel and Access.

• Experience in AP trade and transactional finance.

• Previous Finance department experience in medium/large business (>£50m T/O).

• Excellent planning and organisational skills.

• Knowledge of SAP.
