Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join to our “Services Endpoint Solutions Iberia team”. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for defining new services to increase our portfolio and for creating and maintaining customer/partner relationships, with a strong focus on providing value-added services, like: trade in, pre-owned devices, financing, customer to order services and deployment services, with an allocated set of partners to achieve the identified strategy and business financial objectives.

Responsibilities:
Define/recommend new services to increase our portfolio.
Responsible for owning/developing small to mid-sized customer accounts of moderate complexity under some supervision, for our 'services portfolio' to win new business and maximize the potential of the account partners
Responsible for increasing both customer loyalty and profitability by using full knowledge of assigned product/service line
Specific large deal & pipeline engagement within a technology domain
Driving the presence and profile of our 'portfolio services' internally within TD SYNNEX and externally to customers
Translate services objectives into actionable services business plan.
Negotiate on deals and rebates
Support the development and execution of marketing plans alongside the Marketing Manager
Knowledge Skills and Experience
+3 years working experience in the IT industry
Highly desirable experience at least in one of these services: trade in, renting/leasing, used devices, tenders/licitaciones or other IT services
Spanish proficiency
High energy with a positive “can-do” attitude, consistently able to deliver above expectations.
Confident and informed decision making qualities and a proven negotiator
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external business partners.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
