Job Purpose:

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee at TD SYNNEX, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment team across various aspects of the hiring process. This role offers hands-on experience in both administrative and sourcing functions, helping to attract and engage top talent for our global team. Working closely with recruiters, you’ll gain experience in sourcing techniques, candidate coordination, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced, inclusive, and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruiters by reviewing candidate applications to ensure they align with role requirements.

  • Use sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., Workday ATS, CRM, Phenom, Boolean searches, social media) to identify diverse talent.

  • Assist in coordinating interviews, managing background checks, and facilitating other steps in the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with recruiters to implement sourcing strategies based on market trends and talent insights.

  • Help manage the Global Employee Referral Program, ensuring candidate referrals are appropriately tracked.

  • Handle candidate inquiries and follow-ups to enhance the candidate experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience; internships or academic projects related to HR or recruitment are a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and eager to learn new technology and systems.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; additional language skills are a plus.

  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks, adapting to changing priorities, and working under deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to working with a diverse team.
