About the Role:

We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. In this role, you will support business growth by executing strategic initiatives and developing vendor partnerships. This role involves administrative tasks and vendor management, with a focus on technology lifecycle support and expert care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the Business Unit strategy under supervision.

• Negotiate key tenders and large deals.

• Drive sales from the agreed vendor portfolio, including new vendor identification and onboarding.

• Build proposals by understanding customer requirements.

• Take solution and service offerings to market.

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as a “Trusted Advisor.”

• Understand and communicate TD SYNNEX's core value proposition.

Key Skills and Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in the IT industry, ideally in business development, sales, or product marketing.

• Good emotional intelligence.

• Clear understanding of strategic direction and challenges.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

• Self-management and high motivation.

• Experience in services and solution selling.

• Ability to work within a matrix structure and self-manage in an external environment.
