Quality Receiving Technician
Job Duties:
Be able to read and understand part drawings.
Be able to read calipers & protractors, tape measures.
Be able to learn how to use other necessary calibrated tools used in other depts.
Help with calibration of measuring devices, and documentation for the location.
Enter MDR information into the MDR access database & JDE.
Help facilitate the MRB (Materials Review Board) process.
May be asked to help in the Receiving Dept with Receiving tasks.
Conduct Quality audits in the operation production Depts for QA department.
Go to dept when called to check questionable quality issues.
May be asked to help sort pallets of material if needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in an operations / manufacturing (or similar) environment required;
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing environment;
- Supervisory experience;
- Effective written and oral communication, working with multifunctional teams and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of project management, problem solving, and root cause analysis needed
