Inside Sales Specialist
Job Purpose:
This solution-focused professional will be responsible for finding new opportunities within existing customer for expansion and prospective new clients, doing a demand generation role.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong pipe doing demand generation activities by tele-calling, data build & customer reach from existing base and expired base
- Drives sales of Autodesk products in Hong Kong, Macau, selling & mentioning about product uses, features & industry segments
- Has ability to address end customers, channel partners & vendors without conflict
- Works with internal Datech sales teams to drive incremental revenue opportunities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales target every month & quater
- Performs reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including maintain call reports, tracking MQL, SQL, Quotes & Billings
- Meets End Users / Partners to convey the benefits of Autodesk product features and the prices thereof.
- Develop and maintain a quality pipeline of services
- Identify license compliance opportunities, effective software asset management processes (SAM) aligned with Vendor objectives & design
- Able to speak product subscription benefits to customers to create selling opportunities
- Good understanding of product & good in presentation, communication
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Degree holder with minimum 3+ years of inside sales or relevant experience in IT industry
- Ability to do cold calling & customer calling is mandatory
- Customer-oriented with positive attitude
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Willingness to acquire new skills/ product knowledge
- Team player and independent worker
- IT Savvy
