Talent Management Coordinator
The Talent Development Coordinator provides crucial administrative and organizational support, ensuring the seamless delivery of our Global Talent & Organizational Development team’s development programs and processes. The Administrator’s/Coordinator’s contributions are vital to the success of the Talent Development (TD) team and the broader Human Resources function, all within a Servant Leadership framework that values collaboration and empowerment. With certain global scope the position also supports primarily the North America and Latin America Regions of the Global Talent & Organizational Development organization.
What You'll Do
Training Documentation and Materials: Assist with the design, translations, organization, assembly, management, and collating of materials for training initiatives, ensuring everything is ready for impactful learning experiences.
Program Administration: Take charge of program enrollment and pre/post-session administration, including scheduling, logistics for all trainings (virtual and in-person), managing rosters, and recording completions.
Calendar and Administrative Support: Provide proactive calendar and administrative support for department Directors, helping them stay organized and focused.
Department Administration: Oversee administrative needs for the Talent Development team, including budget management, invoicing, procurement, expense reporting, and internal cross-charging, ensuring smooth operations.
Lead the production of TD virtual programs, creating engaging and seamless virtual learning experiences.
Management of TEAMs channels and files for the department, ensuring easy access to important information.
Respond to Workday Help inquiries from a Talent Development perspective, re-directing to the appropriate departments when applicable.
Monitor and manage the Global Talent and Organizational Development Outlook mailbox, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Meet attendance and punctuality standards, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
What We're Looking For:
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment.
Hybrid (work from home with time in a professional office environment as required).
Ability to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
Strong clerical and data entry skills.
Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to drive tasks to completion.
Ability to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
