Senior CI Specialist (m/w/d)

Key responsibilities:

• Support the production and service area by identifying and evaluating potential for improvement within the process chain.

• Creation of standard processes, implementation of Tenneco standards on the shop floor and when planning new production lines or moving existing production lines;

• Implementation of standardized production cells (model cell);

• Develop and implement of training courses and workshops to promote methodological knowledge and the further development of employees;

Your qualifications:

• Completed subject-specific studies (e.g. mechanical engineering) or comparable relevant professional training in the metal industry, e.g. as a machine and plant operator with additional qualification as a technician or comparable

• Additional qualification in the areas of Lean or Six Sigma

• Min. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the above areas with demonstrable improvements and increases in efficiency

• Strong technical understanding, high level of creativity and problem-solving skills

• Confident handling of MS Office programs and SAP

• Fluent German language skills and English language skills at least B1 level

• Strong intercultural understanding, high team spirit and good communication skills
