Snr Change Leader
Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead all change management activities for our ERP migration. The ideal candidate will have extensive change management experience, particularly in the APAC region, and will ensure a smooth transition by driving user adoption and managing resistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Strategy:
Develop and execute a change management strategy tailored to the ERP migration.
Align change initiatives with project milestones, focusing on cultural and business practices in SG, MY, and HK.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels to address concerns and promote buy-in.
Build strong relationships with business units to support the transition.
Training & Support:
Design training programs in conjunction with the project Team to equip employees with SAP ERP skills
Create support materials in conjunction with the project team such as guides and FAQs to facilitate the transition.
Resistance Management:
Identify and address potential resistance, working with leadership and HR to foster a positive change environment.
Monitor feedback and adjust strategies as necessary.
Cultural Sensitivity:
Adapt change management approaches to regional cultural nuances to ensure acceptance and effectiveness.
Change Impact Assessment:
Assess the impact of the ERP migration on different business units and processes and develop action plans to mitigate risks.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with the ERP project team, IT, and business units to align change management activities with project goals.
Lead workshops and sessions with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with regional and global teams across different time zones, requiring flexibility in working hours.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track change management progress and report to senior leadership.
Provide post-implementation support to ensure sustained adoption.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; certifications like Prosci or ACMP are preferred.

Experience:
9+ years in change management, with a focus on large implementations

Strong experience in the APAC region, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances in SG, MY, and HK.

Skills:
Strong management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage complex organizational dynamics and lead change in multicultural environments.
Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
