Sales Operations Executive

TD SYNNEX Barcelona, Cataluña (Onsite) Full-Time

Job Purpose:  

Be the operational backbone for partners, ensuring seamless sales execution, proactive issue resolution and exceptional service. Initially focused on two Business Unit: Endpoint Solutions and GCC (Global Computer Components) for partners in and outside Europe, but also providing support to other projects and initiatives that contributes to the success of TD SYNNEX's global model.

Responsibilities:

  • 📋 Process and review sales orders with precision, ensuring compliance with pricing and margins.

  • 🔄 Manage backlog, addressing delays or discrepancies proactively.

  • 🤝 Serve as the go-to operational contact for partners, handling inquiries and resolving issues.

  • 🛠️ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

  • 💰 Validate pricing and margins to ensure profitability.

  • 📊 Maintain accurate partner data and generate key reports (e.g., backlog status, SLAs, material info).

  • 🌍 Adapt to new challenges, support evolving business needs, and contribute to cross-functional projects.

  • ❤️ Foster strong relationships, emphasizing the value of TD SYNNEX’s global model.

  • 🔍 Understand partner needs and deliver tailored solutions with a focus on excellence.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.

  • 💡 Strong knowledge of pricing, margins, and order management processes.

  • 🗣️ Be able to communicate in English (both written and orally)

  • 🧠 Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to thrive under pressure.

  • 📌 Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • 🖥️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP. CRM systems, AFO, PowerBI is a plus.

  • 🎯 Team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
