We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive user growth with a strong product management skillset, a data-driven mindset, and a keen eye for emerging trends. The ideal candidate is passionate about problem-solving, adept at crafting intelligent solutions through optimal touchpoints across our world-class products and ecosystem, and highly skilled in global development and cross-functional collaboration.



About the Role
 


This role is responsible for driving the growth of local users across two key product categories. The first involves global collaboration products (such as Search and Mail), focusing on market rollouts and local initiatives in collaboration with global and local development teams. The second centers on product management, identifying and capitalizing on local market opportunities. Success in this role requires strong expertise in managing a diverse product portfolio, along with a high degree of flexibility, curiosity, and an enduring passion for emerging technologies. The unique appeal of this position lies in its dual focus: engaging with globally scaled, established products while leveraging local market insights to identify and develop the right product opportunities for local users. However, this role also presents challenges. At times, you will need to operate as both an experienced Product Manager and a Product Marketing Manager (PMM), navigating complex technological and communication decisions to ultimately achieve the primary goal—expanding user reach and increasing user preference.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Goal to fuel user growth, product evolutions, further to support product monetization, make sure to be aligned with business objectives. 

  • In the early product cycle, prioritize and manage a roadmap against high-impact initiatives, via working with global teams or local-driven cases, including new products, to deliver a best-in-class user experience. You will be responsible for driving the product strategy, to deliver the best user experience and world-class product offering. 

  • Support product delivery from ideation through launch: identify the requirements, solve user problems, A/B testing conduction and ensure on-time delivery with high quality.  

  • Work with the counterparts located overseas to deliver the regional scale of products in a global vision. Also collaborate closely across different stakeholders to identify opportunities as well as influence the roadmaps of other teams to accelerate your goals.

  • Finally, with the data-driven mind, to define product success metrics and analyzing performance by driving the product agenda and planning with team and deliver the goal altogether

  • Represent your products through communication with leadership and stakeholders about impact, progress, and blockers. You are sensitive and passionate about exploring the trend of competition, bringing back to defining advances in the product roadmap, and leading our product innovation with competitive features and vision.

What are We looking for?


  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong interest and deep knowledge in Search and AI products.

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile or internet-related services.

  • 3+ years of experience in global product development or product rollouts, with a strong preference for candidates with Product Marketing Management (PMM) expertise.

  • Hands-on experience managing both web and app products.

  • Comfortable handling complex projects, including technically challenging ones.

  • Strong ability to decompose large problems into well-defined, manageable tasks.

  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making, with experience in A/B testing to improve conversion and retention.

  • Passionate about cross-team collaboration, with a proven ability to break down silos and drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively align stakeholders and drive product decisions.

  • Ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balancing user needs with business and product objectives.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in managing the end-to-end Go-to-Market strategy.

  • A creative problem-solver with a strong innovation mindset.

  • Exceptional ability to navigate complex product landscapes and drive impactful results.

  • Bonus Skills: Experience in advertising products or domain knowledge in the ad tech industry is a plus.
