本ポジションでは、技術的なスキルと経験を活用し、プリセールス活動や新しいソリューション・サービスの検証と実装を行っていただきます。

顧客の課題や市場の需要を分析し、自ら率先してビジネスを開発してドライブする事が期待されます。

ディストリビューター(IT商社)として、to B領域において付加価値の高いサービス提供が求められます。

Responsibilities:

• 指定された製品やサービスに対して、顧客と社内関係者に技術実装計画、インストールサービス作業範囲文書、および構成設計の専門知識を提供します。

  これらの成果物を準備する際には独自の判断と裁量を使用します。二次レビューは行われません。

• 検証 or 実装プロジェクトおよびタスクにおいて、内部および外部のエンジニアとの見積、調整、ソリューション検証、問題解決、およびエスカレーション管理を行います。

• 製品やサービスのビジネスに必要な技術トレーニングを受け、管理目標に沿った技術認定を取得します。

• 効率的かつ自発的に行動し、指定された期間と条件で技術、専門、および保守サポートサービスを実施します。

• 技術デモンストレーションまたは製品概念実証（PoC）を行い、トレーニングを実施します。

• 要件に基づいて必要なサービス範囲を決定するか、必要な情報を自発的に収集し、サービスの提供に必要な工数を計算し、サービス見積を準備します。

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  ・Intune、Autopilot、Entra ID、Activ Directoryに関連する何らかの経験

  ・重要な情報や事象を正確かつ効率的に認識し対応できる。

  ・明確にコミュニケーションを取り、必要な情報を伝達できる。

  ・新しいシステムや技術を迅速に学習できる。
