Sr. Learning Program Manager

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, the Learning Program Manager will support the enterprise-wide, comprehensive skill development strategy that is designed to grow, support, engage and retain employees. This role will focus on supporting and executing learning and development programs such as LinkedIn Learning, DiSC, Onboarding, 360 feedback program, internal mentorship program, while also providing support across broader L&D and talent development functions. The ideal candidate will be a wizard with organization and project management, forward thinking, and have a passion for helping teams and individuals grow through impactful learning solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the LinkedIn Learning program strategy, including a pilot/testing phase across various populations.
    • Build an ongoing relationship and partnership with LinkedIn learning vendor.
    • Define and outline metrics for success, helping e-staff leaders and HRBPs understand utilization within their specific areas of the business.
    • Create and promote LinkedIn Learning campaigns (example: learnings of the month), in partnership with our communications teams.
  • Oversee the launch and implementation of Phase 1 of the company's new Onboarding program, ensuring it is ready for a Q1 rollout.
    • Assess the current state of onboarding across Shutterfly, in partnership with key stakeholders.
    • Define and propose onboarding 2.0 enhancements, defining universal topics and their respective learning paths, ready for pilot launch in Q1 2025.
    • Lead the ‘Time to Fly’ program, ensuring proper training and facilitation for all employees who support this process.
  • Support and execute the DiSC program strategy, ensuring effective project management and communication.
    • Manage the catalyst platform, including credit utilization and assessment launches.
    • Craft communication for participants, including initial DiSC introduction and respective follow-up communications, in partnership with HRBPs.
    • Ensure assessments are done in a timely manner for results to be incorporated into DiSC facilitation materials.
  • Provide support for broader Learning & Development and Talent initiatives.
    • Analysis and recommendations regarding refined or new programs such as 360 feedback, internal mentorship, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within HR/Talent Management team to ensure alignment, buy-in, and successful execution of learning and development programs.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with talent development or employee growth programs.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong organization and execution skills, including effective program management.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth business, preferably consumer related.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
