Sales Operations Specialist

Job Purpose:  

EDM Operations Team Lead is responsible to supervise, guide and motivate EDM team on a daily basis as well as be part of the team in creating and maintaining quality enterprise master database on customers, vendors and materials. As a team lead, you will be the contact point for all team members, so communication skills is essential. This position requires the ability to act proactively in ensuring smooth day-to-day team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, a team lead should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals. Be in the forefront of EDM process enhancement and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, guide and motivate team members on daily basis and provide training as and when needed to ensure accuracy and quality of enterprise master database  (35%)

• Serve as main contact on issues/inquiries for internal Sales, Product, Finance, Trade Compliance and other Cross Functional Departments (10%)

• Take the lead when new line-card or report being added (10%)

• To monitor ticket queue, support daily tickets processing and create master data in SAP system as and when required (10%)

• To submit vendor's report with accuracy and on timely manner (10%)

• Take part in business initiatives, understand key processes and guidelines, internal resources and vendor requirements in order to assist sales team  (5%)

• Take ownership in problems resolution (10%)

• Participate and contribute to projects and discussion related to Enterprise Data Management (10%)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.

• Bachelor's Degree with Business/ IT/ Supply Chain Field of Study preferred.

• Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.

Working Conditions:

• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

• On-call availability required as necessary.
