We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Product Management to lead our Martech & Personalization teams into new frontiers of marketing technology and customer personalization.

As the Senior Manager, Product Management, you will spearhead the development and execution of our ambitious product roadmap, focusing on enhancing Shutterfly's marketing technology stack and introducing advanced personalization techniques. You will lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve customer interactions with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap in collaboration with Product Directors, Technology Leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Lead and mentor a team of three Product Managers, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
Provide strategic direction and support to two engineering teams totaling approximately 20 members, including Front-End, Back-End, Platform, and Data Science professionals.
Drive alignment across various stakeholders including Marketing, General Managers, and Engineering teams to ensure the roadmap effectively enhances customer experience and achieves business objectives.
Utilize market research, competitive analysis, and A/B testing to inform decisions and refine product strategies.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in full lifecycle software development, with a strong preference for experience in web, mobile application, and marketing technology development.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing product teams and mentoring product managers.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record of leveraging data-driven insights to drive product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively and influencing executive-level stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

  • Consumer eCommerce and retail experience highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and personalization.
