Position Summary:

The Coordinator is responsible for designing and facilitating an effective Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) and Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE) functions in accordance with the Joint Commission (TJC) Standards, CMS, MMC Medical Staff Bylaws.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Preferred. Current license as an RN in New Mexico or compact license required.
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification preferred.
  • ACLS is required for all areas where moderate sedation is performed.
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience in an Acute Care setting/long term acute care setting required.
