How can you make an Impact?

Professional Services Project Managers provide professional learning services and overarching supports to clients who purchase project management services specifically around Achieve3000 web-based literacy solutions. Candidates must live in the Polk County, FL area.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate district-wide initiatives, build internal district capacity, and scale for rapid student growth
  • Develop a relationship with and serve as the primary liaison between Achieve3000 and the partner district
  • Communicate regularly with school and district leadership; Listen to customers, identify barriers to implementation, provide suggestions to resolve challenges and respond promptly to all stake holders’ needs
  • Collaborate with school and district leaders to develop implementation timelines and on-going action plans
  • Consult with District on executing a detailed implementation plan
  • Facilitate the creation of custom integration plans and curriculum alignment
  • Organize and Conduct high-level leadership meetings
  • Ensure a coordinated launch and implementation across schools and grades
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of professional learning services, manage deliverables and all aspects of ongoing customer support
  • Provide high quality onsite and online professional learning workshops, classroom modeling and/or individual action-based consulting sessions for teachers, parents, school administrators and district personnel
  • Collaborate closely with Achieve3000 Scheduling Coordinators in securing and scheduling customer appointments
  • Monitor usage and progress by analyzing various program data and provide action plans as needed

We’re looking for someone with:

  • BA or Master’s degree in education or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
  • At least 3 years of experience delivering professional learning sessions and knowledge of adult learning
  • Experience with delivering Achieve3000 professional development and training with demonstrated ability to handle more complex / strategic customers
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills and previous experience training with technology products
  • Previous project management experience and excellent project management skills
  • Ability to travel to assigned schools in the region/nationally and to be able to plan, book and handle a busy travel schedule during peak times
