ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems.
Fills medication carts on a daily basis.
Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department.
Repackages bulk medications.
Maintain drug inventory, including purchases, returns, restocking, stock rotation, backorders, recalls, shortages and loan/borrows.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent and validated by being a current pharmacy student in an accredited university program.
Required Skills
License: Current Intern License with KY Board of Pharmacy
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
