We are hiring a self-motivated Professional Services Project Manager in Cohesity's Global Advanced Services team. The successful candidate will work directly with customers and services consultants to ensure scoped services are delivered on-time and within budget. He or she will coordinate with sales
and the services delivery teams ensuring risks are mitigated and products can deliver value to our customer. We are looking for a dedicated, talented and creative individual who excels within a fast paced, high energy team. Translate customer scope into a technical project plan and work breakdown structure to complete scope and deliverables within agreed timelines.
Coordinate and lead customer meetings
Assign project tasks to delivery team members based on skills and experience levels
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Manage multiple projects
Document key success measures and area's for improvement in future projects
Liaise/Communicate across multiple Cohesity teams
Track and share product improvements with appropriate product teams
Perform liaison tasks with senior product leadership in the Business Units to ensure alignment and foster communication
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English & German, including presentation skills
Excellent relationship building and negotiating skills
Ability to work collaboratively with functional peers across functions including Marketing, Sales,\u00A0Sales Operations, Professional Services, Customer Support, and Product Development
Strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace
An excellent understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
Demonstrated experience working with Sales organizations and technical teams
Prior experience with developing budgets and controlling costs
Communicates key performance information to management team
At least 5 years' experience in technical project management deploying and integrating products into customer environments
PMP Certification
Proven ability to build motivated, collaborative and productive cross functional teams
Proven written and oral communication skills
Ability to translate services scope into a project plan
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Working knowledge of Project Management tools
Excellent customer facing communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree or related field experience
