【職務概要】

外資系IT専門商社のデジタルマーケティングチームの一員として、取扱商品やソリューションのオンラインプレゼンスを最大化し、マーケティングキャンペーンの成功をリードする役割を担っていただきます。特にウェブサイトの制作におけるディレクション業務をメインに担当し、各プロジェクトの進行管理と品質向上を目指します。

【主な業務内容】

〇ウェブサイトプロデュース（ディレクション業務）

  - ウェブサイト開発プロジェクトの全体設計と計画をリード

  - 社内外の担当者・ステークホルダーとの連携を通じて制作をリードしプロジェクトを推進させる

  - プロジェクトの要件定義、スコープの確定、およびスケジュールの管理

  - コンテンツ戦略を策定し、SEOを考慮したテキストやビジュアルコンテンツのディレクションを担当

  - ウェブサイトのパフォーマンス、アクセス解析、ユーザーフィードバックを基にした継続的な改善提案

  - プロジェクトの進捗と成果を定期的にレポートし、関係者への報告を行う

〇デジタルマーケティング戦略の計画、実行、最適化

  - 外部エージェントと協力し、SEO/SEM、PPC広告、ディスプレイ広告、ソーシャルメディアなどのデジタルチャネルの管理

  - コンテンツマーケティング戦略の策定と実行、ブログ、ウェブサイト、ソーシャルメディアのコンテンツ計画作成と管理

  - 販売店向けECサイトのデジタルマーケティングプロモーションの立案と実行

  - Google Analyticsやその他のデータ分析ツールを使用してウェブサイトのトラフィック、ユーザー行動、キャンペーン効果を分析

  - メールマーケティングキャンペーンの設計と実施

  - 新しいデジタルトレンド、技術、ツールの調査と実装

〇プロジェクト管理

  - ウェブサイト開発プロジェクトのタイムラインと予算の管理

  - プロジェクトのスコープや目標を明確にし、達成するためのリソースを調整

  - ステークホルダーとの定期的な会議を開催し、プロジェクトの進捗を報告

【必要なスキル・経験】

- ウェブサイトプロデュースおよびディレクション業務に関する3年以上の実務経験

- デジタルマーケティングまたは関連分野での3年以上の実務経験

- プロジェクト管理の経験と高いコミュニケーションスキル

- ウェブ解析とレポート作成に関する経験（Google Analytics、Looker Studio使用）

- Google Analytics、Google Search Consoleの利用経験と知識

- HTML/CSSに関する基礎的な知識

- SEOに関する基礎的な知識

- メールマーケティングに関する知識

- 日本語（ネイティブレベル）、英語（ビジネス初級）

【あると望ましい経験・資格】

- SEM（PPC、ディスプレイ広告）、

- ソーシャルメディアマーケティングの実務経験

- MAツール（HubSpotの利用経験）

- Google Tag Managerの利用経験

- Google Ads、Facebook Ads Managerの利用経験

- Google Analytics Individual Qualification（GAIQ）、Google Ads 認定資格
