Summary:
ADT is offering an exciting opportunity to join our 2023 Summer Internship Program. This will be a 10-week program to attract emerging talent eager to learn and be a part of ADT’s success as we continue to empower customers to protect and connect to what matters most through safe, smart and sustainable solutions.

Objective:

Identify support needed to effectively sustain the marketing workflow and ensure that initiatives are launched to support B2B2C’s goals and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

Intern’s responsibilities will include:

Administrative:

• scheduling meetings, responding to emails, etc.


• Submit Asana/inMotion tickets for projects


• Send out weekly Hits/Misses email


• Submit TFN, DNIS and ECID requests


• Review invoices for accuracy


• Respond to NAMs/BAMs requests on ARC and collateral (ex: my ARC access doesn’t work today; I can’t find the MF 2-minute video; can’t find the ads on the ARC)


• Liaison for requests from internal teams (product, social, PR)


• Schedule support meetings as needed


• Pull data from ALN system for email projects and send to email team

Creative:

• Follow up with Blue Gravy and other departments on creative tickets.


• Update Asana with Business feedback


• Submit basic Asana tickets for creative projects


• Send creative to Business partners for approval

Social

• Work with manager to create social strategy


• Post social campaigns based on schedule


• Pull monthly social reporting and followers list and send to Business

• Organize monthly social credit usage


• Monitor all social pages for leads/likes/comments


• Create ad hoc posts and obtain post approval

• Audit phone numbers and websites monthly

Reporting

• Reporting and tracking of campaigns

• Ensure lead tracking spreadsheets are updated in a timely fashion

Requirements:

• Pursuing a 4 year degree in Business and/or Marketing required.


• Rising Junior or Senior preferred but not required.


• Located in the Boca Raton area and in office 3 days per week (M, T, W)
