Major Responsibilities

The Advanced Analytics team is focused on growing ADT’s subscribers and optimizing customer value from prospect through conversion and value expansion throughout the customer lifecycle journey. We achieve this by partnering with the Marketing, Sales and Existing Customer execution teams using primary research, business problem solving, financial discipline, data science and deep analytics. We are responsible for the existing customers’ marketing offer strategies to deliver our budget and longer-term objectives and support budget planning and forecasting in partnership with Finance.

Our Internship Program provides real-world work experience, as well as first in line access to ADT positions in strategy, business analytics, finance, and pricing roles. As an Intern, you’ll take an active role in high-impact projects that will allow you to see the results of your hard work.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Education: Graduate degree required; MBA strongly preferred.


• 3+ years of related experience in an analytical or strategic role, 5+ years preferred.


• Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in business, finance, mathematics, statistics, or engineering


• Ability to learn from your mistakes, laugh at yourself and have fun at work.
