The People Operations team is responsible for delivering reliable, high quality operational support for a wide range of key HR business processes and services across multiple channels and platforms.  We are looking for an intern to join our team who can help to add their creative flair and redesign our existing training and instruction materials - less wordy and more visual! We want to grab people’s attention and make learning fun and easy.


A Lot About You

We are looking for a creative, visual team member who enjoys designing content in a way that makes it stand out and grab attention. This person reimagines existing material and moves away from traditional, internal HR content. This person must have strong stakeholder management skills and can easily influence others on the team to get creative with their content too! 


Your Day


  • Support the team to build creative, visual internal training content & materials for our intranet page (the Street) and always with the user in mind

  • Assist with reviewing and updating existing content on The Street and partner with various COEs and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy of content

  • Focusing on the overall user experience and using a creative approach, review existing training guides, manuals and resources to create more visual, easy to follow content

  • Build a template and guidelines for future content / resources and training guides that can be used for new content and promotes consistency in how we display our content


You Must Be

  • Actively pursuing a degree in marketing, media or design.

  • A self-starter with a strong willingness to discover and learn as part of a big team.


A Definite Plus

  • Experience with Adobe and GSuites for the production of digital and print materials

  • Experience with or knowledge of basic HTML and LumApps

The compensation for this position ranges from $45,760.00 - $135,200.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
