Crib Material Handler

Arconic is currently in search of Crib Attendant to join our Business and Construction Team in Springdale, Arkansas.

JOB DUTIES:

• Move material from source (fabrication, receiving, finishing) to the crib (upper and lower levels);
• Put away material into stocking locations;
• Pull material, by order, from stocking locations;
• Prepare material for shipping – pack, print computer labels, consolidate onto pallets and shrink-wrap pallets (manually, or using the shrink-wrap machine). 

REQUIREMENTS:

• All standard Kawneer Minimum Requirements;
• Capable of working while standing for long periods of time;
• Able to regularly lift 40 lbs., stoop, bend, and climb stairs frequently;
• Must have working knowledge of JDE;
• Capable of working with little supervision;
• Capable of working in a hot environment;
• General PPE requirements are ear plugs, safety boots and safety glasses (other as required by process SJP);
• Have, or be able to immediately obtain mobile equipment operator’s license to operate a fork lift and mule;
• Overtime and holiday work may be required. Must be willing to work 8 – 12 hours daily schedule as business needs require, up to 64 hours per week;
• The employee is required to follow all general Health & Safety requirements for the facility as well as any specific requirements listed in applicable procedures & work instructions.
