Business Excellence Analyst

Business Excellence Analyst

Looking for a skilled Power BI developer to join our team. In this role, you will transform large, complex datasets into presentable dashboards and reports for business decision-making. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet them.  This individual contributor role will be cross-functional, focusing on all areas of operations and will play a crucial part in driving business insights and excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1.           Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

2.           Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

3.           Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs.

4.           Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in the dashboards.

5.           Train end-users on how to use the dashboards and reports effectively.

6.           Troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain the Power BI infrastructure.

7.           Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, updates, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, forecasting, business analytics, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Other: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations is an advantage. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is preferred.
