SVP North America Hyperscaler and Marketplace

 An SVP in Advanced Solutions, Hyperscaler and Marketplace. Responsible for developing vision, strategy, and executive direction for the Hyperscaler ecosystem. Establishes influential relationships with senior management executives at industry leading Data Center/Hybrid Cloud, Enterprise Software and Storage brands AWS, Microsoft, VMWare, Palo Alto Networks, and others to develop channel go-to market programs with a differentiated value proposition designed to drive partner preference for TD SYNNEX.

About the role:

Drive customer acquisition and scale through marketplace. Develops and launch meaningful solution, service and capability. Provides executive servant leadership to a team of Business Development, Operations and Services personnel and cultivates and motivates a high-performance culture to deliver exceptional customer and supplier experiences and achieve business and financial objectives.

• Rapid Customer acquisition of MSP

• Innovate Service

• Unified Platform capability message

• Scale Hyperscaler ecosystem promoting ISV syndication

• Connect to solution opportunities such as Digital infrastructure, Security and Device

What we're looking for:

• >10 to 15 Years of relevant work experience

• >8 to 10 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees

• Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

• Able to perform complex mathematical calculations.

• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

• Able to create and conduct formal presentations.

• Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)

• Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.

• Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.

• Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

• Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.

• Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.

Working Conditions:

• Consistent non-standard work or overtime as business requires.

• On-call availability required as necessary.

• Professional, office environment.

• Local (in-country) travel required.

Annual Salary Range (base+ bonus) for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $400,000.00 -$500,000.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
