Job Description

• The Welding Engineer is responsible to work with customer and different internal depatments to meet customer requirements.  This work includes process development and optimization, process control, production problems analysis and solving, equipment debugging and maintance, etc

焊接工程师负责与客户及内部其他部门合作，以满足客户要求。这项工作包括工艺开发及优化、过程控制、问题分析解决、设备调试及维护等。

• Developing and optimizing welding parameters on resistance welding, laser welding, etc, during production.

  开发及优化电阻焊接、激光焊接等焊接工艺参数；

• Documenting technical files of PFMEA, SOP, maintance plan, etc.

编制PFMEA、作业指导书、设备维护保养计划等文件；

• Analyzing and optimizing on welding trouble.

焊接质量问题分析及改进；

• Developing and optimizing of welding structure.

焊接结构开发及优化；

• Improving of welding equipment.

焊接设备改进

• Continusly improving of production line, enhancing of OAE of equipmen, decreacing of rejection rate.

产线持续改进，提高设备OAE，降低产品报废率；

• Documenting of equipment capibilty, and debugging of equipment.

新进焊接设备技术要求编制及设备调试；

• Managing of spare parts for welding station.

焊接工作站备件管理。

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree and abover, major in welding technology or materials processing engineering

  焊接技术工程或材料加工工程专业，本科以上学历。

• 5+ years related working experience in welding technology or materials processing engineering experience

  5年以上焊接工程师工作经验

• Have the ability to welding process developing and optimizing.

具备焊接工艺开发及优化的能力；

• Have a proficient knowledge and experience of solving trouble problems during production.

具备解决生产问题的专业知识及经验；

• Have the ability to document technical files.

具备文件编制的能力；

• Good communication & team work skill

具备与其他部门及时沟通的能力。

• English workable
