Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing \u00A0the Annual Budget (AFC), value propositions, and tactical quarterly plans. \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0
• Maintaining the main partnerships (Vendor and Customers) to enable the plan. \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0
• Identifying, evaluating and helping to close possible acquisitions to accelerate the plan \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0
• Ownership of the execution of European sub-operations plan, achieving quarterly and annual business objectives.\u00A0 \u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0
• Drive the building of programs and campaigns that can be executed across multiple countries.\u00A0 \u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0
• Engage with Country Management exec teams in quarterly reviews and planning sessions. \u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0
• Presenting at public events to audiences of different levels and capabilities and being a visible thought leader of the applicable focus in the IT channel\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience to include managing, supervising and building solid, effective relationships\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0
