The Vendor Marketing Specialist (IBM English Caribbean) for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization Identifies develops, coordinates, executes marketing campaigns and manages budgets for assigned vendor accounts.

The core responsibilities include managing deadlines, projects requirements, vendor marketing activity implementation, and MDF claims to ensure accuracy.

This role is\u00A0 responsible for supporting the vendor marketing relationship and works as a liaison with internal stakeholders to support the business needs and desired outcomes.

The Vendor Marketing Specialist has a robust understanding of ROI requirements of executed campaigns and ability to present detailed metrics and recommendations to key stakeholders. Willing to travel up to 15% of the time.

What You'll Do:

  • Manages projects through workflow management systems (20%)

  • Marketing Development Fund Management and claims (30%)

  • Marketing Communications (20%)

  • ROI reporting\u00A0 (10%)

  • Project Planning and Execution (15%)

  • Process Improvement Projects (5%)Performs other additional duties as assigned.

  • Meets attendance and punctuality standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

  • 1+ Years of relevant work experience.

  • Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required.

  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

  • Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.

  • Possesses strong data entry skills.

  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

  • Able to create and conduct formal presentations.

  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.

  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.

  • Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.

  • Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.

  • Able to use relevant computer system applications at an intermediate level.
