About the Team

The TD SYNNEX Hybrid Cloud Centre of Excellence Europe is a team of technology experts and certified solution architects responsible for supporting the European countries and their partners in designs, architectures, and technical enablement. They combine a deep understanding of hybrid cloud technology, applications, industry best practices, business processes and architectural patterns to drive IT transformation initiatives that meet the business objectives of our customers.

Job Purpose

Certified engineer with specialist knowledge in Intel infrastructure technologies, primarily working across Europe internally/externally with the partner base and sales organization on defining hybrid cloud enablement journeys, solutions and projects.

Responsibilities

• Ability to support the design of Intel hybrid cloud solutions to meet customer requirements.

• Use internal and vendor tools to generate accurate bill of materials on a timely basis to serve resellers and their customers and other TD SYNNEX sales teams.

• Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.

• Deal with product/solution enquiries from internal/external sales and resellers.

• Work with sales teams to build standardized solutions for targeted markets.

• Maintain peer-level technical contacts in assigned vendor.

• Work towards the required level of technical knowledge in product or technology group and the achievement of any vendor related accreditation.

• Opportunity to deliver basic post-sales implementation services.

• Develop Product knowledge to a competent technical level in line with vendor/business expectations.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• Proven track record of working with Intel infrastructure technologies.

• Experience in migration and move to cloud, as well as on-premises architectures focused on Intel infrastructure technologies.

• Professional and polished delivery of customer presentations.

• Strong commercial awareness.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, priority management, and planning skills.

• Good business skills and able to run professional meetings and business engagements.

• IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition, and End User is desirable but not mandatory depending on the seniority of the role.

Required qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.

• Background and proven experience working as pre-sales, engineer or as a technical consultant.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluent in English is a must and other languages are a plus.
